テニスの王子様 ON THE RADIO。この 晩には エネルシイ インタチャネル の 提供でお下します。」



I went through a lot of trouble to get this new greeting message on my cell phone's answering machine. It probably took me about two cumulative hours to record it to my own specifications. But I'll be danged if I'm not proud of it. I'm so happy with it I may just keep it forever.

Deciding to rip off the opening to 「テニス の 王子様 ON THE RADIO」was probably my most stupid, yet my most enjoyable idea for a phone greeting ever. I even tried to get "LONG WAY" music playing in the background, but unfortunately that didn't work out too well. The rest of it turned out so very well though, even imitating Okiayu
Ryoutarou-san's voice (though, to be honest, that was the hardest part :/ ).

"I'm busy voice-casting right now..." XDD If I get people asking me if I did all the voices, I'm going to laugh and say no.

I'm now waiting eagerly for unsuspecting friends and family to call and be utterly confused. (Last time, I opened my message with 「油断せずに行こ」and confused my mother. I think she called a few times before listening to the message all the way through and finding out that it was, in fact, me she was calling.) That, my friends, shall be fun.

On the other end of things I'm feeling pretty stressed, but I've decided to not let it get to me, because I know as soon as I let myself crash, it's over. I'm going to keep plowing through stuff even if life piles crap up to my shoulders. Even if I have to step back from life, even if I have to just bite my tongue until it bleeds, even if I have to (gasp) give up free time and things I enjoy in order to get stuff done, I will do it.

Thus, that means reorganizing the way I do things in my life. Which is not fun. But, I'm sure, once I get things organized and I get into the habit, I'll feel much better about myself and it'll help me in the long run.

Another point - Valentine's Day. Anyone else going to sit at home like a bum? 'Cause I am, and I'm going to have a fun time doing it, dangit! XD Also, twelve lucky guys will get chocolate from me in honor of the holiday. But they've already been chosen, so if you are happening to read this and you want chocolate, too bad for you. :P

Oh, last thing... I love my Japanese word processor. :D It makes me feel all tingly. Perhaps it would be fair of me to warn you of abuse of the JWP in the future, especially if I get into foreign-language dorms. Practice will be fun.

But, you can also expect translations as well. Don't fret.
